Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager


Job Description:


Affirm is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service or related fields. The Online Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the online customer care team, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. 3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer care experience. 4. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care. 7. Generate reports and metrics to track customer satisfaction and performance of the online customer care team. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in customer service or related fields. 2. Hardworking and reliable personality traits. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and teamwork skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
