Job Description:
Union Pacific is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in customer care or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, reliable, possess strong strategic planning skills, and have a proven track record of leadership.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of online customer care, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service and support - Lead a team of online customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in customer care or a similar role - Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in online customer service platforms and tools - Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
