Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Quanta Services is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and independent, with strong project management and analysis skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage the online customer care team to ensure exceptional service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to the management team - Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the online customer experience - Analyze performance metrics and report on key KPIs to senior management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online customer care


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 5+ years of experience in online customer care or a related role - Strong project management and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively - Proficiency in customer relationship management systems and online platforms
