Job Description:
AmerisourceBergen is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our online customer care operations.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer experience - Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve the customer care experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer care or customer service role - Proven track record of successfully managing a team of customer care representatives - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM systems and other customer care technology - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
