Job Description - Online Customer Care Officer

As an Online Customer Care Officer at Visa in New York City, New York, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Visa's online customers. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer care role.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media channels - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Provide product information and assistance with online transactions - Monitor online customer reviews and feedback - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve the online customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously strive to exceed customer satisfaction targets


Requirements: - Driven and dedicated to providing excellent customer care - Strong time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously - Creative problem-solving abilities to address complex customer issues - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer care platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
