Job Description - Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Capital One Financial is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and demonstrate reliability and passion for providing exceptional customer care.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via online chat, email, and phone - Provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting technical issues - Document and update customer records in the company database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct research to find solutions to complex customer problems - Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Reliable and passionate about delivering top-notch customer service - Proficiency in using online customer support tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
