Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Constellation Brands is seeking an Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in New York City. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields. The ideal candidate will be confident, resilient, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints effectively - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
