Job Description:
As an Online Customer Care Representative at Walmart in Phoenix, Arizona, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to online shoppers. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions, concerns, or feedback regarding their online purchases. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 4. Provide product recommendations and information to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions. 5. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Energetic and dedicated personality traits. 5. Proven negotiation and project management soft skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 8. Proficiency in using customer service software and online communication tools. 9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
