Job Description:
Rockwell Collins is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and a track record of providing exceptional support to online customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information, troubleshooting technical problems, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments. 3. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or questions they may have. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide product information, promotions, and assistance with online purchases. 5. Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and communicate suggestions to the management team.
Requirements: 1. Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to changes in the online business environment and customer needs. 2. Independence: Capable of working autonomously and making decisions without constant supervision. 3. Creativity: Developing innovative solutions to enhance the online customer experience and drive customer loyalty. 4. Negotiation skills: Ability to handle customer disputes or objections effectively and find mutually beneficial resolutions.
