Job Description: Online Customer Care Representative


Jacobs Engineering Group is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and passionate about providing excellent customer care.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Provide technical support for online platforms and services - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes - Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the online customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and online customer service platforms - Strong analysis and project management skills - Adaptable personality with a passion for helping customers - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
