Job Description:
Northrop Grumman is seeking a motivated and customer-centric Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, passionate about providing exceptional customer care, possess strong project management skills, and demonstrate high emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions via online platforms - Manage online customer care channels including email, chat, and social media platforms - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience - Meet or exceed established performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response times - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer care platforms - Experience with project management techniques and tools - High emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult customer interactions with empathy and professionalism
