Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Cummins in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer service and support to our clients. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and orders. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. - Resourceful and energetic personality traits. - Strong cooperation and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
