Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description: McDonald’s is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in New York City. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through online platforms such as email, social media, and chat - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer service efforts - Utilize creativity and decision-making skills to find innovative solutions to customer problems - Assist with online orders, refunds, and other online transactions - Manage online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive online reputation for the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Passion for working in a fast-paced environment - Creativity and ability to think outside the box - Strong decision-making skills - Proficiency in online platforms and technology
