Job Description - Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


Cigna is seeking a passionate and energetic Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess strong planning and people management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via online chat, email, and phone. 2. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Assist customers with account management and online transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. 6. Monitor and report customer feedback to improve overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills. 4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms. 6. Passion for helping others and a positive attitude. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
