Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Edison International is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in New York City, New York. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we require at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, and possess strong critical thinking and presentation skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage online customer service platforms, including social media channels, email, and chat support. 2. Monitor customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring timely and effective responses. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer service issues. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to make strategic recommendations for improvement. 5. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 6. Train and mentor customer service representatives to provide exceptional support. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in online customer service management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is preferred.
