Job Description: Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a hardworking and energetic Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a part-time entry-level position, the Online Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues they may encounter 3. Provide product recommendations and information to customers to enhance their shopping experience 4. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets 5. Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Assist with processing returns and exchanges according to company policies 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company promotions to provide accurate information to customers 9. Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment 4. Strong teamwork and planning skills 5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends 6. Must be detail-oriented and organized 7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online shopping platforms 8. High school diploma or equivalent
