Job Description:
PBF Energy is seeking a dynamic and driven Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Officer will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. This position requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through our online channels (e.g. email, chat, social media) - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Monitor online reviews and feedback and address any concerns or issues raised by customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers - Continuously seek ways to improve the online customer service experience
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online setting - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and confident personality traits - Adaptability and attention to detail - Proficiency in using online customer service tools and platforms - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent is required
