Job Description:

As an Online Customer Service Representative at Interpublic Group in Columbus, Ohio, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms. This part-time associate level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner - Processing online orders and managing customer accounts - Providing product information and troubleshooting any technical issues - Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude in all interactions with customers
