Job Description:
FedEx is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role.
Responsibilities: - Assist customers with online inquiries, concerns, and issues through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. - Provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems, ensuring a positive customer experience. - Collaborate with various departments within the company to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. - Create and maintain customer records and documentation. - Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved. - Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries to improve processes and services. - Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Hardworking and resilient individual who is able to handle challenging situations with professionalism. - Previous experience in customer service or online support is preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online communication tools. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
