The role of an Online Customer Success Assistant at Alorica in Chicago, Illinois, US is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
