Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Cigna in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Customer Success Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.
Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries via online channels, including email, social media, and chat - Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions in a timely manner - Assist customers with account management, product information, and technical support - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues - Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify opportunities for improvement - Update customer records and maintain accurate information in the database - Provide feedback to the management team on customer satisfaction and areas for improvement
Requirements: - Associate degree or equivalent work experience - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong attention to detail and leadership skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
