Job Description:
Flexport, a leading global logistics company, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Online Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our online customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services. This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries - Understand customer goals and challenges, and provide solutions and recommendations to help them achieve success - Manage customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate any unresolved issues in a timely manner - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement - Analyze customer data and feedback to make data-driven recommendations for product enhancements and improvements - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention, engagement, and overall satisfaction - Track and report on key customer success metrics, such as customer satisfaction, renewal rates, and upsell opportunities
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field - Independent and driven personality traits, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams - Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams - Experience working with online customers or in a SaaS environment is preferred - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
