Job Description:
Northwestern Mutual is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, the Online Customer Success Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our online customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Implement and execute strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention for our online platform. 2. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer journey. 4. Monitor key metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 5. Conduct research to stay current on industry trends and best practices in online customer success. 6. Utilize emotional intelligence to build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized support.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in customer success or a related field. 2. Strong adaptability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment. 3. Highly driven and motivated to achieve customer success goals. 4. Excellent research skills to stay informed on industry trends and customer needs. 5.
