Job Description - Online Customer Success Officer


Job Description: The Online Customer Success Officer at Reliance Steel & Aluminum in Jacksonville, Florida, US, is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our online customers. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to build long-lasting relationships. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for energetic and hardworking individuals with at least 1 year of experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through online channels. 2. Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the online customer experience. 5. Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences. 6. Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty. 7. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 8. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and find mutually beneficial solutions. 5. Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms. 6. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 7. Strong research skills to understand customer needs. 8.
