Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

Genworth Financial is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for a reliable and energetic individual with excellent negotiation skills and high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain relationships with Genworth Financial's online customers. 2. Provide excellent customer service through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media. 3. Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Familiarity with online customer service platforms and tools. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7.
