Job Description - Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


Reliance Steel & Aluminum is seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Success Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention in the online sales department. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage online customer accounts, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and issues. 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention. 3. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for different customer segments. 5. Provide training and support to customers on how to utilize online platforms effectively. 6. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take proactive measures to address any issues. 7. Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot technical issues on the online platform. 8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer success.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success, preferably in an online sales environment. 3. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong strategic planning skills to develop effective customer engagement strategies. 5. Excellent people management skills to build strong relationships with customers. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
