Job Description - Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description: UnitedHealth Group is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a dynamic and energetic personality, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage online customer relationships through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, issues, and feedback - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products and services - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and proactively address any issues - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Strong leadership and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
