Yum Brands is seeking an Online Customer Success Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer service. The Online Customer Success Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues regarding orders, payments, and general inquiries - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any potential issues - Monitor online customer reviews and social media channels to address any negative feedback and promote positive reviews - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Assist with online order processing and fulfillment as needed


Requirements: - Driven and motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to create and execute strategic plans to improve the overall online customer experience - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms
