Online Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Progressive is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Customer Success Representative in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries via online platforms, such as emails, chat, and social media - Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and issue resolution - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any concerns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to increase revenue

Requirements: - Hardworking and resilient individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills to effectively solve customer problems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in e-commerce or online customer service is a plus
