Job Description - Online Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Mohawk Industries is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate-level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent and resourceful, with strong soft skills in persuasion and critical thinking.


Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support through various channels, including email, chat, and social media - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Assist customers with orders, returns, and product information - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback - Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and promotions


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and resourceful personality traits - Strong soft skills in persuasion and critical thinking - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent
