Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Salesforce in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate level position, this role requires at least 3 years of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills and adaptability to provide top-notch support to our online customers.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams - Provide product information and technical assistance to customers as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals on a consistent basis
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Motivated and energetic with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations - Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Bachelor's degree preferred
