Job Description - Online Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Klarna is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, energetic, and possesses strong soft skills in strategic planning and innovation.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve our support services. 5. Stay current with product knowledge and updates to effectively assist customers. 6. Identify and escalate any technical issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. 7. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using online customer support tools and platforms. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Resourceful and energetic personality traits. 7. Soft skills in strategic planning and innovation. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
