Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Magic Leap is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, reliable, and possess strong emotional intelligence and analytical skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving the customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. 6. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. 7. Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment that promotes personal and professional growth. 8. Provide feedback to management on customer feedback and suggestions for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. 4+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and online communication tools. 6. Knowledge of virtual reality technology is a plus. 7. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 8. Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts.
