Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


NVR is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in San Diego, California. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via online chat, email, and phone. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Confident and hardworking personality traits are essential for success in this role. 2. Strong decision-making and leadership skills are a must. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
