Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced and motivated Online Customer Support Manager to join our team at Baxalta in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for managing our online customer support operations.


Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online customer support team - Train, mentor, and lead a team of customer support representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide feedback on product improvements - Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies in online customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in managing online customer support operations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and critical thinking abilities - Resourceful and independent, with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
