Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description: Goodyear Tire & Rubber is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in San Francisco, California. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, the Online Customer Support Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of online customer support for our company.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various online channels including email, chat, and social media - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage a team of online customer support representatives, providing guidance and training as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless online experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in online customer support or a related role - Energetic and passionate personality traits - Strong persuasion and communication skills - Experience managing a team of online customer support representatives - Knowledge of online customer support tools and technologies - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
