Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Cincinnati Financial is seeking a talented and experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our online customer support operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.


Responsibilities: - Oversee online customer support team and ensure high-quality service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner - Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness - Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field - Proven experience in online customer support or related roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Driven and dedicated personality traits - Attention to detail and cooperation soft skills - Proficiency in CRM software and online support tools
