Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Univar, a leading chemical distribution company, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, California. We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual with at least 6 years of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail and adaptability skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage the online customer support team and ensure excellent customer service experience. 2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online customer support process. 3. Monitor customer inquiries and feedback on various online platforms and provide timely responses. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and inquiries. 6. Train and mentor team members to improve their customer support skills. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. At least 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 7. Experience managing a team is a plus.
