Job Description:
Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Support Officer will play a crucial role in providing top-tier customer service and support for our online platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions via live chat, email, and phone. 2. Monitor online customer interactions and ensure a positive customer experience. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to online transactions and platform functionality. 4. Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns and improve online customer support processes. 5. Assist in updating and maintaining customer support documentation and FAQs. 6. Provide feedback to the development team on potential improvements to the online platform. 7. Meet established customer service metrics and goals.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confident and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong decision-making and creativity skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer support tools. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
