Job Description:
Williams is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Officer in San Diego, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, troubleshooting, and any other queries they may have. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Coordinate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our online customer support processes and procedures. 7. Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and departmental goals.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed. 4. Strong motivation to deliver outstanding customer service. 5. Demonstrated teamwork and project management skills. 6. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
