Job Description:

Trinity Industries is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Entry Level position with at least 1 year of experience, the ideal candidate should be highly motivated and energetic, with strong research and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via online chat, email, and phone. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and technical support. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies. 7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

Requirements: 1. High School diploma or equivalent. 2. 1+ year of customer service experience. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Strong computer proficiency. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Motivated and energetic personality. 7. Strong research and creativity skills.
