Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide support and assistance with inquiries about our products and services - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while addressing customer concerns and resolving issues - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely responses to inquiries - Utilize persuasive communication skills to upsell products and services to customers when appropriate - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the company - Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction goals and objectives

Requirements: - Strong motivation and adaptability to thrive in a continuously evolving online environment - Ability to work well in a team setting and contribute to a positive and collaborative work atmosphere - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to persuade and engage customers effectively - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
