Online Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

CBS is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Live Chat Associate to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to answer questions, provide information, and resolve issues. 2. Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions. 3. Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient communication with customers. 5. Provide accurate and timely information to customers to enhance their overall experience. 6. Assist with administrative tasks related to online chat support, such as data entry and reporting.

Requirements: 1. Two years of experience in customer service or online chat support. 2. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. 3. Resourceful nature and the ability to think quickly on your feet. 4. Motivated attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. 5. Strong negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find solutions. 6. Analytical skills to interpret customer data and identify opportunities for improvement.
