Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Online Live Chat Manager to join our team at BMW in Los Angeles, California. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our online live chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage the online live chat platform to engage with customers in real-time and provide accurate information on BMW products and services. 2. Monitor chat conversations to ensure timely responses and provide resolutions to customer inquiries or issues. 3. Train and supervise a team of chat representatives to ensure they uphold BMW's standards of customer service excellence. 4. Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends, improve service quality, and optimize the chat platform for better user experience. 5. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and customer service to align chat strategies with overall business objectives. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online chat management to continuously improve BMW's chat service.
Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in online chat management or customer service roles. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members. 3. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 4. Attention to detail to ensure accurate information is provided to customers and issues are resolved efficiently. 5. Proven track record of successfully managing online chat platforms and driving positive customer satisfaction. 6. Knowledge of BMW products and services is a plus.
