Online Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Live Chat Officer to join our team at Walmart in Chicago, Illinois. As a part-time Entry Level position, the Online Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online live chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of resilience and confidence.

Responsibilities: - Provide real-time online customer support through live chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and accurate responses - Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and resolve problems - Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling online chat interactions - Document all customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strong attention to detail and research skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficient in using online chat platforms and CRM systems - Flexible availability for part-time hours including evenings and weekends
