Online Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Adobe is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Officer to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or online chat role. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, energetic, cooperative, and possess strong strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Proactively identify and address customer needs to enhance their experience - Communicate effectively with customers to build trust and rapport - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues when necessary - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or online chat role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Adaptable and energetic personality - Cooperative and strategic planning skills
