Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Guardian Life Ins. Co. of America is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online chat support to customers inquiring about insurance products and services - Assist customers in navigating the company website and online tools - Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Document all customer interactions for quality assurance purposes - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service - Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Reliable and independent work ethic - Strong project management skills - Excellent critical thinking abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change - Strong written communication skills - Familiarity with insurance products and terminology is a plus - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
