Job Description:

Hanesbrands is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively through live chat - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Use analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Meet or exceed performance goals set by management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong analytical skills and ability to cooperate with team members - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems
