Online Live Chat Specialist

We are currently seeking an Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a part-time position at an entry-level seniority level, requiring at least 1 year of experience.

As an Online Live Chat Specialist, your responsibilities will include providing prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries via live chat, solving problems and answering questions in a professional and friendly manner.
