Job Description:
Lennar, one of the nation's leading homebuilders, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Support Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone to assist with inquiries and issues related to Lennar's online platforms - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary - Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and feedback - Collaborate with the online support team to improve processes and procedures - Uphold Lennar's high standards of customer service and professionalism - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organization skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Leadership and teamwork skills
